Hey there! I’m Ashley, a certified Birth and Postpartum doula! I’m a mama of 2 and know first hand how hard motherhood can be. I love nothing more than to help other soon-to-be mamas prepare for the biggest transition of their lives and hold their hand through the proverbial door to motherhood. Think of me like a big sister who’s already done it and is here for you to ask alllll the questions!

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am certified through ProDoula in Birth and Postpartum. I’ve also just attended a Lamaze Childbirth Educator seminar and will be sitting for the exam later 2025.
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: Most of my experience came from being a mom since March 2017 but I started working as a tech in L&D in February 2019. I started working as a doula in September of 2023.
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Labor and delivery is such a short time frame of becoming a mom and is important to prep for but the most important thing that you should be preparing for is your postpartum recovery.

Description
Postpartum doula support includes help with feedings, pump/bottle washing, diaper changes, swaddling, help with sleep, dishes, laundry, being a shoulder for you to cry on or a listening ear, help with siblings, and any other tasks that may be needed to assist your family. This can be overnight or day time support.
Overnights: 10p-6a
Day time: 9a-2p
Times can vary depending on my availability.
Pricing Description
-Less than 100 hours: $35/hour. (This is on a “as needed” basis. Think of spouse is out of town for work or starting back to work and want help to transition.) $384 due up front(16 hours)as retainer, billed weekly when services are used.
-100 hours: $3200($32/hour). Half due up front as retainer. Other half billed weekly.
-300 hours: $9000($30/hour). Half due up front as retainer. Other half billed weekly.

1 1-2 hour prenatal appointment to create your birth plan and go through what to expect from the start of labor through delivery.
Unlimited text support throughout your pregnancy.
24/7 on call from 37-42 weeks
1 1-2 hour postpartum visit
Unlimited text support throughout postpartum
Pricing Description
$1200 for birth doula services + $50 travel fee if your home is over 15 miles from me. $600 due up front, the rest due at 37 weeks.
