•2- 3 prenatal visits to explore your birth preferences and help you prepare for labor, birth, breastfeeding and postpartum
•24 hour on-call support from 38 weeks until your baby is born
•Continuous labor support from the time I join you until your new family is ready for private time
•1 postpartum in-home visit to make sure everything is going well

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
Prepare Intentionally for the birth you desire! Choose a provider that is aligned with your values, learn from meaningful evidence based information, know your options, and make informed decisions for yourself and your baby. And carve out a bit of time each day for birth preparation-both mind and body- for the best possible birth experience!
How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
The birth partners role is so very important, and I honor that at all times. My goal is to listen to their needs, help guide them in learning ways to best support their partner both emotionally and physically, in pregnancy and birth. I teach comforting touch, comfort measure techniques, and ways to advocate when needed, with respect and confidence!
