Hello! My name is Dr. Ariana Lopez, PT, DPT and I’m a licensed physical therapist in the Twin Cities. I’m dedicated to helping women live with more confidence and less worry from chronic pain, injuries, and pelvic floor problems.

A: I enjoy working with pregnant and postpartum women of all ages. My treatment interests include pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, diastasis recti, and SIJ dysfunction.

- 60 minute, one-on-one session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
- A thorough discussion about your medical history, current problems, and goals.
- External/internal pelvic floor exam, orthopedic assessment, and diastasis recti screening as appropriate.
- Treatments may include strength/mobility training and bodywork.
- Customized home exercise program to work on between visits.

- Thorough discussion about your medical history, concerns/symptoms, and goals for physical therapy.
- Visual assessment of posture and biomechanics with functional mobility.
- Education about long-term symptom management and home exercise program to work on between visits.
