Daytime postpartum support in your home (4–8 hr shifts), focused on:
Supporting the whole family, Adjusting to what’s creating stress day to day, Keeping food available and easy to access, Keeping the home running
Examples of support:
Infant care (feeding, soothing, diapering)
Bottle prep + breastfeeding support
Prepping meals + snacks
Making sure you have food + water during feeds
Holding the baby so you can rest
Light cleaning
Rate: $45/hour (4–8 hour shifts) Common schedules: 2 shifts/week (4–6 hrs): $360–$540/week 3 shifts/week (4–6 hrs): $540–$810/week 4 shifts/week (4–6 hrs): $720–$1,080/week Most families book support for the first 4–6 weeks. Schedules are flexible. Travel included within 20 miles. Additional travel may apply.
