We always start with a complimentary call to start building a relationship, this can be scheduled on my website "work with me" tab. During our time together I come to your home and support you with light housekeeping, nourishment and rest. I hold several certifications that enable me to offer full spectrum holistic care. My goal is to empower you to consciously reclaim parenthood and thrive postpartum and beyond.
