Let's get you back to feeling like yourself again! I offer prenatal and postpartum women's pelvic floor therapy. Prenatal visits focus on addressing any pregnancy related aches/pains, pelvic floor issues, pregnancy exercise, and labor and birth preparation. Postpartum visits focus on return to exercise safely and addressing any pelvic floor/core concerns you might have such as leaking, pain, feelings of pressure, abdominal separation, etc.
