As a mom of two, and a professional birth and postpartum doula of many years, I know how you’re feeling. You’re anxious, and want to do the best thing for yourself and your baby, but you’re in information overload and everyone has an opinion. That’s where I come in. Let me help you by quieting the noise so you can listen to yourself, find reputable sources of information, and know how to ask the right questions so you always feel confident in your decision making. Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I serve in the Lakeland Florida area. I will travel to surrounding areas such as Bartow, Lake Wales, Winter Haven, even Tampa and Orlando for the right client.
Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: I LOVE to doula dads. I never want to get in the way of a dad who wants to be involved. But the fact is, they don’t often know HOW to best help. That’s when I come up and give quiet suggestions, so he looks the Hero! It’s a win-win. Plus it allows him to be present in the moment too and not have to worry about all of the details. Leave that to me.
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: YOU are the boss. Everyone has an opinion, but yours in the one that matters most. You have to remember that no one knows your body or your baby better than you. And no one cares about the safety of your baby more than you. Trust your instincts. Don’t be bullied or fear mongered into things that don’t align with you and aren’t based on evidence.

Description
This is for experienced parents, new parents, or planned c-section birth. Includes a 1-2 hour postpartum planning meeting, plus 12 hours of postpartum support. The hours can be used for basic lactation help, pumping education and assistance, helping with older kids, light housekeeping, meal prepping, baby care, and so on. It’s like if your relative came to visit, but didn’t act like a “guest” and only came to help YOU.

My birth packages comes with:
1 consultation, 1-3 prenatal meetings, a professionally written birth plan and a postpartum plan, continuous labor support, and 1-2 postpartum visits, with extra postpartum hours available to add-on. Plus, availability for calls and texts, breastfeeding and pumping support, and more!
Pricing Description
Packages start at $1,250 and range up to $2,000+ for additional postpartum hours.
