4 1-hour sessions including a whole body physical therapy evaluation and 3 follow-up treatments to optimize your confidence and comfort before and/or after delivery. Know your body, support your pelvic floor, find your perfect balance, “head to toe and ALL between!” Pains, strains, bladder, bowel, sexual issues? Want tips for prepping your pelvic floor and best strategies for recovery? I’m here to help! In- home and virtual options available.

Pricing Description

Session fee is $350 -$450/hour, based on in office, virtual or in-home preference.
4 sessions, in-office or virtual total $1400
4 sessions, in-home total $1800. Sessions can be purchased individually or package.
