1-2 Prenatal in Person Visit
8 hrs (minimum) of In Person Doula Services (Broken Down to 2-4 Sessions; more hours = more sessions)
Example of services:
-formula/pumped milk preparation and feeding
-bottle/breast pump washing/sterilization
-baby laundry washed, dried, folded and put away
-lite meal/snack preparation
-family meal delivery organization
-emotional support

1 hr Virtual Intake
1-2 in Person Prenatal Visits
On Call Services 2 Weeks Prior & Post Estimated Delivery Date
In Person Labor & Delivery Support
Example of services:
-birthplan creation/support/implementation
-evidence-based information gathered and provided to support informed decision making
-labor and delivery support with coaching/coach support
-help creating you safe birth space environment
