Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

A: After working alongside a fertility clinic, I saw a real gap in support for women entering motherhood. I opened AlignSD to create a space where moms feel heard, empowered, and cared for — from fertility through postpartum. Supporting families through this journey is truly my passion and purpose.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: Dr. Bonnie is Webster Technique certified through the ICPA and has 17+ years of specialized experience in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern California University of Health Sciences and holds 6 advanced certifications.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: Start chiropractic care early — don't wait until you're in pain! Proactive pelvic alignment supports optimal fetal positioning, reduces discomfort, and helps prepare your body for labor. Paired with prenatal massage and targeted exercises, the results are truly life-changing.

Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

A: We specialize in Webster Technique for breech and posterior babies, VBAC preparation, SPD/pelvic pain, sciatica, and postpartum recovery. We also offer gentle infant adjustments for newborns experiencing feeding difficulties, colic, or reflux.

Q: What's your favorite past client story?

A: One of our most rewarding moments was helping a mom whose baby was breech at 36 weeks — by 38 weeks, baby had turned head down without a version. She had the natural birth she hoped for. Stories like this remind us why this work matters so deeply.
