I provide virtual lactation services for families from pregnancy through postpartum, with a focus on prenatal feeding preparation, low milk supply evaluation, and breastfeeding medicine for complex or medically influenced lactation challenges. My approach is evidence-based and collaborative, helping families understand their options and create feeding plans that support both infant health and parental well-being.

A: We serve families in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Carolina and Texas.

Q: How much experience do you have?

A: I have been supporting lactating families for over 30 years. Past experience includes: Labor and Delivery RN, Childbirth Educator, Hospital based IBCLC, Outpatient IBCLC, Private Practice IBCLC, Family Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and currently Nurse Practitioner/IBCLC in private practice.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I am dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have multiple state licenses as an APRN and additional certification in Perinatal Mental Health.
