How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
No one replaces your partner. As your Doula, I am there to support you and your support person in the way that works best for you. That could be demonstrating techniques to move baby, standing in while your partner gets coffee, deciphering medical jargon, or simply being present to give you the confidence that comes with knowing you have back-up.
