Description

A minimum shift of 4 hours per day. Daytime hours only.
Physical & emotional support that is unique to each family's changing needs. Services may include meal prep and ensuring the new mother is fed and hydrated, breastfeeding/bottle feeding assistance, newborn care education, errands, light household organization, opportunities for mom to rest and heal from childbirth, sibling support, and connections to local and online resources as needed.

Pricing Description

$45/ hour In-person Support
$50/ hour Virtual Support
$175/week for text/email support, plus one -20 min "Ask me Anything" Call

Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula Support

Postpartum Doulas

Description

Care for new mothers that focuses on complete healing from childbirth on a deeper level, through the lens of Ayurveda, with the goal of bringing balance back to the new mother.
Services Include: Healing foods and herbs specific to postpartum recovery and lactation, meditation, and breathwork practices, daily self-nurturing, including Benkung belly binding and warm oil massage (Abhyanga-instruction on self-massage or massage by doula), and rest.

Pricing Description

$50/Hour
4-hour minimum per day.
Time may include shopping for groceries needed for meals, washing, chopping, and preparing fresh produce for meals as well as time spent cooking and cleaning up the kitchen.
Add on a 60-minute Abhyanga session (warm oil massage) for $85
