A six week support group for twin and triplet moms to find support and information about twin motherhood. Ideal for those with twins under 6 months. This is a virtual group

This program is a 6-week supportive group which focuses on building peer connections, while providing evidence-based information for moms and a supportive network of family centered professionals to support moms and families as they grow. Each session is 90 minutes, held virtually.

This 6 week class covers all of the following topics:
1) Preparing Your Relationship through Parenthood + Maternal Mental Health
2) Infant and Child CPR
3) Childbirth Education 101
4) Tools & Coping Skills for Labor
5) Infant Feeding Preparation (breast + bottle)
6) Newborn Care

This four hour class touches on everything! It is a crash course in all things birth. You will learn the anatomy and physiology of birth, stages of labor, about informed consent, various tools for labor including natural and pharmacological options, introduction to induction, Cesarean sections and more. This is great for first time expectant parents or for those looking for a refresher course.

We offer weekly prenatal yoga classes - in person and virtual. In this package you get unlimited access to these classes!
