Description

As your postpartum doula, my intention is to provide you with non-judgmental emotional, physical, mental, and informational support after the birth of your baby. I will offer a range of services to nurture you and to aid in the transition of adding a new member to your family, including support with self-care and postpartum recovery, assistance with feeding and general newborn care, and/or assisting with basic household tasks.
