Guidance with newborn care and feeding

Chestfeeding support and tips
Bottle feeding support and tips
Emotional support and nurturing for the new parent(s)
Help with errands/household duties
Help with postpartum care (i.e.: preparing sitz baths, foot soaks, etc.)
Healthy and nutritious meals and/or meal planning
Care of the newborn

We offer support, encouragement, and knowledge as sibling doulas. Our expertise and guidance provide peace of mind and allow parents to focus on bonding with their newborn while ensuring that older siblings feel loved and included. As former career nannies, we can assist with maintaining daily routines, creating a sense of stability and normalcy during this transformative time.

Our amazing doulas are here to lend a helping hand during those early weeks with your little one. We've got the experience and know-how to soothe your baby, establish a solid sleep routine, and provide you with the guidance and reassurance you need. We're all about making your transition into parenthood as smooth as possible and allowing you much needed rest and recovery during the postpartum period.
