New Mom School is a postpartum program for new moms and their babies that combines community, support, and education to create a unique and enriching experience. We group moms together by their baby's birth date and keep class sizes small, fostering connections and understanding. We partner with local certified experts on topics like sleep, lactation, baby's development, mental health, pelvic health, and more! We have offerings for moms with babies as young as 3 weeks through 12 months old.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Don't forget to make a plan BEYOND the birth plan! The birth of your baby is so special, but the actual birth will only last 24 - 72 hours, whereas the impacts of postpartum last 1 to 2 YEARS after baby arrives. Nothing can prepare you for the physical, mental, and emotional impacts of this phase of motherhood. Plan for support!
Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: Moms who attend our program report better relationships with their partner. This is because they have a safe space to process the challenges of motherhood that their partners may not fully understand. We also partner with certified mental health professionals to help moms work through challenges they have with their partners during this time.
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: We are located in Edmond and welcome moms from anywhere in Oklahoma. We have some moms driving 1+ hours while others live right next door.

Description
New Mom School is a postpartum community for new moms and their babies. Our program combines community, support, and education to create a unique and enriching postpartum experience. We group moms together by their baby's birth date and partner with certified experts in the community to deliver evidence based information on topics like sleep, mental health, pelvic health, baby's development, and more!
Pricing Description
Each 8-week series runs once a week for 90 minutes. Our Newborn, Infant, and Second time mom class series are $275 (equates to ~$35 per class) and our Rising Toddler series is $175 (~$22 per class). Expecting first and second time moms can register at a discounted rate of $262.50 for the class series. We offer free cancellation up to 5 days prior to class start and the full class series must be purchased up front (no drop-ins).
