Gentle Sleep
I offer a custom sleep plan written specifically for your family’s needs and support you throughout the entire process via texts and calls. I work virtually but am extremely hands on.
Packages start at $450 with different options for sleep support and age of baby.
Postpartum Doulas
I will care for your baby, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night. Whether you are breast or bottle feeding, I'm here to assist with feeding, burping, and settling your little one back to sleep. I will help with soothing techniques, from swaddling to gentle rocking. I will share valuable insights and tips to establish healthy sleep pattern for your baby. I will be a listening ear and give encouragement in those first few weeks

Hi, I’m Mariah! I’m a certified postpartum doula and a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I was a nanny for over 20 years before I trained to be a postpartum doula. I don’t remember a time in my life that I wasn’t working with babies. It’s what I was always meant to do. As an overnight postpartum doula I help parents get the sleep that they so desperately need while also helping to introduce the foundations of sleep with their little ones through newborn sleep shaping.

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
Ask for help and take the help that is offered. It is hard to ask for help and as women there are so many times that we think we are being a burden to others. Put all of that aside and ask for what you need. Also know that people want to help, so let them. They want to support you as much as possible.
