Book me for your virtual doula services, which include one virtual prenatal meeting to discuss birth intention planning, unlimited texts/calls 9 am - 9 pm, access to consultation during labor, one virtual postpartum meeting, and four weeks of virtual postpartum support. *Does not include in-person services.*

This package includes (5) in-person prenatal meetings, virtual attendance at (1) provider visit, unlimited texts/calls 9a-9p until labor begins, 24-hr contact access during labor, unlimited support at home &/or birth facility, custom affirmation cards, immediate postpartum care, (4) postpartum visits including a meal, recovery package, and (5) hours of postpartum doula services, virtual postpartum support for 12 months, & doula library/bag.

Package includes two prenatal meetings, unlimited texts/calls 9a-9p until labor begins, 24/7 contact access during labor, unlimited support at home &/or birthing center, immediate postpartum care, one virtual postpartum visit, and access to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum library during pregnancy as well as my doula bag including birth ball, oils, combs, Rebozo, massage, and other comfort measures.
