Description

The Mindful Mom Circle: Open to moms in ALL stages. Join The MindfulMoms Circle, a group of strong and compassionate women on a mission to grow in mindfulness, motherhood, and friendship, and connect with some of the most incredible, genuine, and supportive women you’ll ever meet. Each session includes a micro-zen, share-time, mindfulness teaching point, and meditation.

The MindfulMoms Circle meets from 8-9PM EST via Zoom EVERY Wednesday.

Mindful Mom Circle (Group Sessions): $15 per session or $75 for 5-session package

Mindful Mom Coaching

Description

In this one-on-one Mindful Mom Coaching package, I’ll use the lens of self-care, self-compassion, and mindfulness to build a plan with you, provide you the support you need, and keep you accountable. We will work together to build a motherhood you love with individually tailored mindfulness strategies that seamlessly fit into your everyday life to help you stay grounded, present, and kind to yourself.

Mindful Mom Coaching: 4-session package: $350 or 6-session package $510

Mindful Pregnancy Group

Mommy and Me Classes

Description

At The Mindful Pregnancy Circle, you’ll have the opportunity to share with other moms, grow your “Mom Circle,” and learn mindfulness tools that you can begin using immediately. Each session includes a micro-zen, share-time, mindfulness teaching point, and meditation.

The Mindful Pregnancy Circle meets twice monthly via Zoom on Tuesdays from 8-9PM EST.
