As your instructor, my focus is on guiding you through a birth prep experience that leaves you with only the most useful information and simple steps to practice hypnobirthing techniques that get results, without complicated instructions or information overload.

Each 1 on 1 session is approximately 2.5 hours long. 4 sessions total

$600 ($100 non-refundable deposit) , Includes access to HelloBirth Tracks, Digital and Physical Class Guide, and 4 - 1 on 1 sessions (either virtual or in-person, whichever you prefer)

Plan your meals ahead of time and stock your freezer before the baby arrives! Check out Himala Meal Services for delicious soups, stews, etc to help nourish you and your partner in postpartum.

Postpartum Package: 5 soups or stews, lactation cookies, 5 breakfast items, bone broth, lactation tea. Price range $180-$225 depending on if you would like vegetarian, meat, or a combo. Nourishing Bone Broth: Bone broth is hydrating, supports gut health, and nutrient dense (helps combat fatigue and provide energy.) It is recommended to drink 1 cup a day. 6 week supply, frozen in 8 oz serving sizes. $200

Sibling Doula

Child Care

Sibling doulas provide on-call childcare to support older siblings when parents must leave for the hospital or birthing center for the birth of a new baby. They can also provide in-home support for home births as well. Price: $1000

*One face-to-face prenatal visit to introduce the doula to the older sibling(s) to learn the family's needs. *On-call services around the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby. *Continuous childcare for 24 hours during the labor/birth and postpartum hours. Additional charges apply after 24 hours of support at the hourly rate of $50/hr. At no time will your child/ren be left attended.

Pregnancy Prep: Tracking you and your baby’s health throughout your pregnancy is vital. During prenatal visits we’ll chat about any pregnancy concerns, develop a birthing plan, and meet in person to discuss comfort measures. Labor and Birth Prep: Having a baby should be a positive experience, so my main focus is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to bring your baby into the world and begin bonding immediately.
