Bio
Hearts Connected is a virtual mental health company providing child development–based emotional support for families navigating major transitions like welcoming a new baby, NICU experiences, medical challenges, and sibling adjustment. Through therapeutic sessions for kids and parent support calls led by Certified Child Life Specialists, we help children feel prepared, secure, and included while giving parents practical and unique tools to support the emotional wellbeing of the whole family.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: Certified Child Life Specialists are clinically trained mental health professionals who support children and families through stressful or unfamiliar experiences using child development, therapeutic play, and family-centered communication. Our Master’s-level team hold 5+ years of experience helping children process emotions and build coping skills.

A: We are a virtual mental health company, serving families throughout the United States and Canada. We are open 7 days a week, have no waitlist, and are available within 24 hours if needed. Our services are also HSA/FSA eligible.
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: Hearts Connected has been serving children and families since 2020. Every member of our team is Masters educated, HIPAA trained, background checked, and has at least 5 years of clinical experience before starting with us.
