We offer day and overnight postpartum doula support to families up and down the Gold Coast in Michigan. That includes Lakeshore towns from Niles to Harbor Springs and the Grand Rapids area. Our doulas are certified and insured. Support includes: household tasks. newborn care, feeding support, emotional support during recovery, sibling care, light meal prep and more. We love to help you create strong systems in your home.

Pricing Description

Pricing starts at $37 per hour with a ten hour minimum. It is based on the number of babies and the package you purchase. The more hours you purchase, the lower the hourly rate.

Virtual Birth Doula support

Birth Doulas

Description

We offer text support throughout pregnancy, one virtual prenatal visit and one virtual postpartum visit. The certified virtual doula is on call for the birth and will offer continuous phone, video or text support during labor and the birth. We offer emotional and informational support during pregnancy and labor. We offer position suggestions and can virtually demonstrate physical support techniques.

We are seeing more and more parents pregnant with twins and triplets with very few local options for education. Description

Three age-specific sleep classes from newborn through toddler
Alyssa Veneklase, Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant, offers a series of three sleep classes – Tired As A Mother.
These classes are virtual and people can work with us from anywhere in the world. Each class includes handouts, videos that you can watch at your leisure, and a live monthly call with Alyssa.to answer questions and talk through specific scenarios.

Gentle Sleep

Description

(ages 3 weeks - 5 years)
Virtual guidance (via Zoom) given on how to address your sleep issue, including handouts, a routine, and information on recommended sleep-teaching methods if applicable.
This does not include a personalized sleep plan or follow up support. It is great for parents who are confident in carrying out sleep training independently and/or have minor sleep issues.   Completion of Sleep Questionnaire required.

This hands-on, virtual workshop, taught by Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula Kristin Revere, focuses on comfort measures for labor and birth. This class covers communications, comfort, and laboring positions. It will ease your mind as you prepare for birth.

This workshop is a perfect for both first time and as seasoned parents. It can be taken in addition to a hospital childbirth class. This class includes worksheets.

Bedrest Doula Support

We offer in-home and in-hospital bedrest support for families in a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We also offer in-home sibling care, nursery setup, household support, childbirth prep and more. Our doulas are insured and certified.

Virtual Sleep Consulting

Our certified sleep consultant will create a plan based on your family, your parenting style, and your goals. Then she is there to guide you through the whole process. This is the most effective way to achieve your sleep goals!
Based on your child's age, the sleep consultant will create a custom plan and set realistic expectations for how long your child should be napping and sleeping at night. There are different plans based on your needs
