Description
Bengkung bellybinding is a traditional Malaysian practice that gently wraps the postpartum belly to support healing, encourage abdominal muscle repair, and promote pelvic alignment. My service includes a hands-on binding session, education on how to safely rebind at home, and customized guidance for your recovery journey. This is a nurturing, non-invasive way to care for your body after birth.

Description
birth doula services offer compassionate, professional assistance tailored to your unique needs throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. My services provide you with continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to empower you throughout your pregnancy (all 42 weeks, yes) and during delivery.
Pricing Description
If you are using insurance, this may vary but it typically starts at $1500 for 3 hours of prenatal in-person (virtual) support, labor and delivery support (12 hrs), and 3 hours of postpartum support. If you are paying out-of-pocket, you may add additional services such as Yoni steaming, prenatal yoga, birthing classes, and additional in-person prep such as a nesting party support.
