Package for evaluation and 5 visits: $1,175. Additional follow up visits $185 per 50 minutes. Initial evaluation lasts 60 minutes. Virtual wellness options available.
This package prepares moms for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The initial evaluation (1) includes addressing concerns, education on labor strategies, and a hospital bag recommendation. Follow-up visits (2) focus on manual therapy and strength training to keep moms strong and pain-free. Postpartum visits (3) involve pelvic floor assessments, diastasis recti screenings, and guidance for returning to exercise and intimacy without pain.
