This package prepares moms for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The initial evaluation (1) includes addressing concerns, education on labor strategies, and a hospital bag recommendation. Follow-up visits (2) focus on manual therapy and strength training to keep moms strong and pain-free. Postpartum visits (3) involve pelvic floor assessments, diastasis recti screenings, and guidance for returning to exercise and intimacy without pain.
