Clementina Health is a text-based postpartum and lactation support service founded by IBCLC and postpartum doula Iza Thiago-Munoz. We help new parents get evidence-based answers, emotional support, and real-life guidance for feeding, recovery, and mental health—right when they need it most.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: Clementina is available wherever you are. Support is delivered by text and answered asynchronously by a real expert who knows you well. You are always paired with the same provider, so you get true continuity of care no matter where you’re located.
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: I became a parent before I became a professional. After having my own babies, including twins, I saw how isolating and overwhelming postpartum can be. I was drawn to this work so families feel held, informed, and confident instead of alone.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: Clementina was founded by Iza Thiago-Munoz, an IBCLC and trained postpartum doula. Our care is rooted in evidence-based lactation and postpartum practices, trauma-informed support, and years of hands-on experience with families in the newborn stage.

Core includes unlimited text support with a dedicated IBCLC and/or doula, tailored to your needs. Plus includes everything in Core, with priority response times, monthly video check-ins, and referrals to trusted specialists.
Both membership tiers can be enhanced with 45-minute video Deep Dives with an expert for more in-depth support.
