Undecided about breastfeeding? Feeling pressure? Confused and overwhelmed with all the conflicting advice and information? This class will provide you with the knowledge you need to decide what is best for you and your family. This essential information will enable you to feel more confident and be better prepared. Partners are strongly encouraged to attend.

The information contained in this program is provided by our experienced CPR instructors and includes:

Obstructed airway (choking)

Though it is not required for our program, if you need certification our instructor can arrange that for you. An additional fee required.

Pelvic Floor Work
During this 2 hour class you will learn about your core and pelvic floor from an expert! A DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) who specializes in pelvic floor will teach you how to move with comfort and stability during your pregnancy and labor promoting strength and correct body mechanics.

Mommy and Me Classes
We know that the first few months of parenthood are filled with questions and confusion. How do you sort out your feelings, filter through the abundance of advice you receive, get some sleep and try to do what you think is best?
This program gives you strength and direction. Take the opportunity to meet other parents with infants. Learn something new at each meeting, get and give advice, and be heard.
