•6 weeks of Ayurvedic postpartum support
•Each visit can consist of: Belly binding, Abhyanga, herbal bath preparation, emotional support, Ayurvedic meal prep, meditation, Ayurvedic baby care, time to rest, light housework, sibling support and tea preparation.

Are you looking for a longer-term fix to your sleep struggles with your child? I am here to help for any age between newborn and 7 years old. I will assess your current routines, environment, sleep quality and quantity, and any additional factors that may be influencing your child's sleep. I will then send you a customized sleep plan that includes routines and tips for daytime naps, bedtime routines, and night wakings.
