A: Certifications: DONA Postpartum Doula Certification, Institute of Pediatric Sleep Certification, and INA Newborn Care Specialist Credential. Training: Inner Sun & Moon Postpartum Ayurvedic Training, Innate Traditions Physiologic Postpartum Care, and Newborn Care Specialist Training through the Newborn Care Solutions Institu.
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: Becoming a new parent is exciting and challenging. I love equipping parents with the knowledge and confidence they need to enjoy this time with love and ease. I enjoy supporting hands-on so parents feel nurtured and rested, while providing education so the confidence continues even after my hands-on support comes to an end.

A: I am based in central Phoenix and currently support all surrounding areas, up to 1 hour away.

I will do a comprehensive intake call to discover root causes of sleep difficulty, help you implement changes, and provide education about your baby's sleep. No sleep training methods will be used, and you will never be asked to leave your baby to cry alone. Time for more restful nights!
