Gentle Sleep
My Sleep Counseling methods are attachment friendly, lactation friendly, bed-sharing friendly, and prioritize both baby and parent mental health. I will never ask you to let your child cry it out and offer gentle, parent present solutions and sleep learning.

How much experience do you have?
I have been working as a nanny and childcare provider for nearly a decade and am SO PASSIONATE about the wellbeing of young children and their caregivers. I am new to birth work and excited to bring my knowledge and experience obtained over the years to serve women and their babies .

I am here to support and educate both you AND your partner during a transitional time. Through education on your body and your baby, you and your partner can become more confident in your new roles as parents, knowing you are both committed to providing the best home for your child.
