Hi there! I’m Abby, your backup support for all things pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I refer to myself as a “Parent Doula” and work hard to provide support to parents in personalized capacities during early parenthood and the time in which they are preparing for this transition. I strongly believe that the level of support and confidence a mother or father has is directly related to the optimal development and attachment of their child. I can’t wait to help you and your baby thrive!

Q: How much experience do you have?
A: I have been working as a nanny and childcare provider for nearly a decade and am SO PASSIONATE about the wellbeing of young children and their caregivers. I am new to birth work and excited to bring my knowledge and experience obtained over the years to serve women and their babies .
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Knowledge is power- and so are your instincts!

A: I am here to support and educate both you AND your partner during a transitional time. Through education on your body and your baby, you and your partner can become more confident in your new roles as parents, knowing you are both committed to providing the best home for your child. I am your cheerleader, educator, and backup support!

My Sleep Counseling methods are attachment friendly, lactation friendly, bed-sharing friendly, and prioritize both baby and parent mental health. I will never ask you to let your child cry it out and offer gentle, parent present solutions and sleep learning.

-One hr long consultation call
-Two 30 minutes follow-up calls
-Personalized written sleep plan
-Text support during duration of sleep plan
-10 followup email exchanges
