VIRTUAL POSTPARTUM VISITS ARE A FABULOUS OPTION FOR WHEN IN-HOME POSTPARTUM SUPPORT IS OUT OF THE BUDGET OR NOT AVAILABLE.
During these visits, we answer your questions about baby’s patterns and your needs, guide you through questions about feeding, give recommendations and referrals to other trusted professionals, and we monitor how you’re doing with postpartum moods. We are here to support you as you prepare for and adjust to baby

CONSULTS -
"PICK ALLISON'S BRAIN" - $100 :
– 1-hour Zoom or FaceTime or phone virtual visit
– Customized follow-up email with relevant handouts
POSTPARTUM PACKAGE - $1500 (PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE) Regular phone calls, texts, downloads, and virtual visits to guide you through the first 6 weeks of parenting.
PRENATAL PREP (ADD-ON) - $350, for parents-to-be or for additional time. Get Ready classes & 45 min zoom.

Of course, I am also there for you in your labor & birth! We will stay in touch over the phone, and then I will join you when needed to offer all non-medical support so that you go through labor, feeling safe and empowered.

Description

Postpartum care supports the family in the normal adjustments. overnights maximize how much sleep everyone gets. Home or hospital!
I have seen how postpartum care and support for the whole family lowers the rate of postpartum depression, supports breastfeeding, helps couples feel more connected, and allows parents to feel more confident in their early parenting skills and to trust themselves in their parenting moving forward.

Pricing Description

$50 per hr
Families generally schedule care for as little as one week to as long as three or four months.
We recommend that you book as much as your budget allows for the first week, then at least half that for the next few weeks, with a weaning down time as we come to the end of your family’s care

Description

Infant Safety/CPR class- safe sleep, SIDS reduction, infant CPR & how to deal with choking, car seat safety, baby proofing

Newborn Care class - care of the newborn. We will cover surviving the first few weeks, crying/how to calm baby, bathing, feeding, swaddling, diapering, and sleep.

Breastfeeding basics - make your breastfeeding experience smoother: lactation physiology, proper latch/positioning, how much/how often to feed, engorgement

Each class is $150 (covers both parents)

Gentle Sleep

Description

Virtual Sleep Consults
– Ages birth through 4 years
1-1 virtual guidance to teach you the basics of safe and effective sleep habits. This service will help to shape positive sleep habits early on.
- 15-minute initial chat
– Easy to understand, personalized schedule emailed to you for reference
– 1 hour FT/Zoom to discuss schedule and expectations

– Two 30-minute phone calls

– Unlimited text support for two weeks
