At A Healer’s Hand + The Nest, we specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage that nurtures the whole person—body and mind. Our licensed therapists are trained in evidence-based techniques that support pain relief, circulation, emotional well-being, and recovery. We understand the unique physical and emotional shifts of the perinatal period and create a safe, welcoming space for every stage of your journey.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: Our founder, Nicole Budeau, was drawn to this work through her own transformative birth experience. After navigating preterm labor and an incredibly challenging postpartum recovery, she became passionate about improving care for birthing people. That personal path fuels our mission to offer informed, nurturing support at every stage.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: Our founder, Nicole Budeau, is a licensed massage therapist, certified prenatal massage therapist, certified infant massage instructor, DONA-trained birth doula, and Reiki master. She personally trains each of our LMTs in prenatal and postpartum massage to ensure skilled, consistent, and nurturing care.
