Hi, I’m Crystal—a doula and perinatal massage therapist honored to guide families through the beauty and challenges of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. With over a decade of experience, I offer calm, compassionate care that blends emotional support, bodywork, and holistic insight. I serve families in Colorado Springs and beyond, including Medicaid and Tricare clients. Thank you for inviting me to be part of this sacred time.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: I began with prenatal massage and saw how valuable continuity of care could be, so I expanded my practice to support every step—from fertility through postpartum. Each stage deepened my desire to be there for parents in a more complete way, leading me to become a doula and embrace the full spectrum of maternity care.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I’ve trained with the Institute of Somatic Therapy/Massage Doula Network in prenatal, fertility, postpartum, and infant massage, and as a massage doula. I've also done doula training with bebo mia, and I’m certified in manual lymph drainage, Sacred Pregnancy, Sacred Fertility, and Sacred Postpartum practices. I’m also BLS/CPR certified,
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: I’ve been serving families since 2011, with over 300 families supported in birth and maternity care. My background also includes eight years as a medic in the US Army (2002-2010), bringing a strong foundation in health and care.
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Be gentle with yourself; self-care isn’t just a luxury, it’s a gift to you and your baby. Remember, you’re capable of amazing things—and it’s always okay to ask for help.
Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: There’s a saying in birthwork: “The doula knows birth; you know your partner.” My goal is to support you both in ways that empower your partner to be there for you—not just at the birth, but long after my role ends. To me, doula care is also about nurturing a strong family bond.

- two 90-minute virtual postpartum doula visits

- Client portal with messaging up to 12 weeks postpartum
