Mental Push Plan is built on mindfulness and sport psychology to help you tap into your own inner mental strength. With the self-awareness and nonjudgment of mindfulness, you'll learn mental tools to keep your focus, release negative thoughts and worries and be at your best, most productive mindset for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Pricing Description

Our signature Mental Push Plan is $47. For a more in-depth experience, the Mental Push Plan can also be purchased with a 2 hr workshop experience for $57. Finally, one-on-one coaching sessions are also available for $30 per session.

We also offer the Mental Grief Plan for $47. This plan is always buy-one-give-one. For every purchased plan, we will give one to someone who needs it.
