All pregnant women could use some recovery rehab postpartum. All will also have a Diastasis. This is the separation of the abdominal musculature. Long term issues stemming from this imbalance can lead to back pain, hip pain, neck issues. This includes all functional movement and breath based treatment. Dr. Connolly will work with you on diaphragmatic breathing and the ability to use your core in the way it is designed: as one unit!
