Wellness does not have to be an elusive concept, we believe anybody can work to achieve optimal wellness, even during a time of major life transition. 


The goal of our Health Coaching is to work with you to design your own Personal Process Program. With holistic wellness in mind, we focus on developing small, positive habits that build over time to promote health and well-being.

We know that pregnancy and postpartum is a period of significant growth and change for new mothers and families, as they are preparing to welcome a beautiful new addition to their growing family. While this is a time for celebration, it can also be a time of heightened stress. While the focus of your energy is likely on the little one you are bringing into this world, it is important to take the time to practice self-love, to ensure that you are the happiest, healthiest version of yourself for you and your family.  It might feel daunting to carve out time for yourself, let alone figure out what to do with that time, but that’s what we’re here for!

Goals are important, but we instead like to focus our energy and attention on the Process. 

We believe that when you focus on the tiny wins, the big wins eventually sneak up on you. 


Our coaches will work with you to develop and promote a Process made specifically for you, built around your strengths, and with your ultimate goals in mind. 

Our Health Coaching is completely virtual, eliminating the stress of getting yourself out the door, which we know can be really hard with a newborn at home. We will tailor the program to you. Our Coaching Calls will help you to develop and trust your own Process Program. You will learn accountability strategies that will help you continue creating and developing your own good habits.
