A virtual Postpartum Doula provides emotional, and informational support after childbirth. The virtual Doula can be looked at as your postpartum coach to help support you with breastfeeding, infant care, self care and emotional support.

While in person care allows the doula to provide physical comfort during labor a virtual doula will help you prepare for your birth by coaching you and your birth partner to achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. By coaching you through your the prenatal period and providing you with a self guided childbirth course you will have the tools you need to accomplish your birth goals.
